Description

These Google Slides activities are an interactive and fun way for students to learn about osmosis.

Students will start by learning the basics of osmosis in terms of water concentration and then solute concentration. They’ll drag and drop arrows to show the movement of water in various scenarios. There is a fun match up to learn about hypertonic, isotonic and hypotonic solutions. And there is even a virtual lab for testing osmosis in gummy bears! Water potential and more challenging questions are included, making this resource suitable for High School Biology and AP Biology courses.

My digital INB activities are created with custom clipart to bring osmosis to life for students. They are ready to go, no prep activities – simply assign on Google Classroom.

There are answer slides and a Google Forms Quiz to check student progress. This is self-grading, so there is no extra work for you – yippee!
